“Ignored and Disappointed: Poor Communication by Hotel Management When we extended our stay, the hotel staff failed to inform us about a special 50% May discount. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing. Since our stay, we've made multiple attempts to register for the hotel’s loyalty membership. Despite discussing this directly with reception upon checkout (we were promised a follow-up that never came) and sending three subsequent emails, we've received no response whatsoever. It feels as though the hotel is deliberately avoiding our registration to prevent us from receiving the 10% discount on our next visit, especially concerning given their initial oversight regarding the 50% discount. We remain puzzled by this complete lack of communication from hotel management.”

“This is a beautiful property. Immaculately kept with beautiful pools and shaded areas. The staff are delightful especially at the restaurant. The check in process is a bit lengthy and officious but fine. Some of the rooms are near the cleaners store and we awoken at 8am with the cleaner banging around. The rooms are well appointed but the pillows are hard. Around the pool there is a smell of the kebab grill which rather detracts from its idyllic nature. They need better ventilation for the kitchen. ”

“Third stay at this brilliant hotel. However, it's definitely getting more crowded, not overly so but more than in recent years. Understandably the cost of food and drink has gone up from 2023. But would still highly recommend the hotel and surrounding area.”

“Our room had a wonderful private pool and it had an amazing view. The food is okay but hardly anything is labelled so as a vegetarian it was difficult figuring out what to choose. Overall the staff were great but had one issue with a receptionist who was unable to understand a request to buy bottled water so I had to pull up google translate for him to understand. They say 24 hour reception but this was only at about 11PM so it was surprising that the receptionist at this time couldn't speak any English. Also felt a bit disgruntled that they charge for tennis although there being no mention of that before booking. The location is good although if you're a keen beach goer you need water shoes to get in the sea and the visibility is very poor compared to other local beaches.”

“The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful and breath taking, and the gardens beautifully maintained. We had the sea view room which didn’t disappoint - a beautiful view over Agia Galini! We also liked that the hotel was a bit removed from the busy tourist beach, but still easy walk to everything. Room was clean, new, nicely decorated and the bed was super comfortable. All throughout our stay we received impeccable and friendly service. Breakfast had a nice variety. Only thing I would have hoped is more service during the day in the pool area - the servers did maybe one or two rounds during the day to bring menus or ask for drink orders. You can walk to the bar to order but I think they’d get much more orders by being more active. We didn’t buy the dinners - there are plenty of nice places around to go to instead of the hotel buffet. Especially the taverna in the neighboring camp site, Taverna Kipos was excellent in both atmosphere and quality of food.”
