“Easy to find and a 5 minute walk to the harbour and it's restaurants. Some parking immediately outside and a fairly large free car park 20 yds away but looked busy. LOTS of stairs. If you have mobility issues, not for you. The website photos are mainly of the premium 6th floor rooms. We were on the 3rd floor and climbed 49 steps to get there. Room was small and basic, very old furniture. little storage and a tiny shower room. Balcony was massive, bigger than the room. Air con worked. Some issues, broken chair on balcony, had to move a pointless desk and stool to balcony as we couldnt get past it without climbing on the bed, no kettle and the repaired glazed shower screen came apart and nearly fell on one of us whilst showering. To their absolute credit, all issues were taken care of promptly, with a smile. The hosts were tremendous, friendly and welcoming, so we still enjoyed our stay even if we initially contemplated moving on. Complimentary breakfast was good with some hot items. Resort itself, pretty similar to the hotel, nothing flash here. a volcanic beach with reasonably priced sunbeds. I found some beach restaurant staff could be rude though, more pleasant around the harbour. Looking around the other hotels which seem to be a pretty similar design, built against the rock with prominent balconies, Sunlight appeared only slightly dated so maybe this is a resort standard. *The image of the stairs is from the third floor looking up, already 49 steps up*”

“Angelina is very welcoming and available for any need. She will do everything she can to make your holiday a great moment. We had a room on the uper floor (6th) offering great view to the sea and the city. But the downside is that we had to climb the stairs everytime we went out (as there is no elevator), but it's worth it if you're a little bit sporty. The swimming pool is good but a bit shallow (1.40m) and it can be limited if many guests (say 10) are in at the same time. Included breakfast is mostly traditional Greek beakfast: sliced cucumber & tomato, olive, ham & cheese, watermelon, orange juice (artificial), greek-style coffee & tea. Considering the price you pay for the room, it's definitely good value for money.”
