“When I got in the shower the first day, there was hair on the tile from the previous guest. That totally grossed me out. I went down to the desk to ask for housekeeping but there was no one on duty at night so the clerk behind the desk got a spray bottle of cleaning solution and a rag and came and wiped the wall down. The next day when I was taking a bath, I noticed an ink pen under the sink cabinet which definitely was not ours so it was obvious no one sweep under there from the previous guest which gave me further reservations about how well the bathroom was cleaned.”
