The only reason I gave 4 stars is they dont do breakfast . The preston was clean and tidy with enough parking
Check in was simple and easy thanks to the WhatsApp photos/instructions sent through. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was also very warm which was a nice luxury, I had to turn the radiator down (but I'm used to living in a house without heating). The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Tea kettle station was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel. Overall a very comfortable stay while I visited family over the weekend leading up to Christmas.
Room was clean and comfortable. Had trouble with identity of door to stairs given that there were two more obvious doors. Stairs were difficult with a heavy case. Could not operate the tv..
