“Check in was simple and easy thanks to the WhatsApp photos/instructions sent through. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was also very warm which was a nice luxury, I had to turn the radiator down (but I'm used to living in a house without heating). The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Tea kettle station was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel. Overall a very comfortable stay while I visited family over the weekend leading up to Christmas.”

“Nice room, bathroom had both shower and bath but when we went to use bath there was no plug so could not use which was disappointing. Shower was not very powerful at all. Plenty of tea /coffee provided and bottles of water provided. Beds comfy, enjoyed good sleep. They don’t do food anymore, so have to go else where for dinner & breakfast. ”

“Room was clean.
For a room at £99 per night it was very poor. First thing you notice when entering the room was the curtain poles,they must have been put up by someone absolutely drunk. Was advertised as having the restaurant open but it wasnt so we had to go out to eat and no breakfast in the morning. wouldnt have stopped there if we had known”

“The receptionist was welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. But I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't available on a Sunday. The day when guests are more likely to want it. ”
