“Room was facing the ocean. It was cool enough to leave the windows open at night to listen to waves hit the shore. You could hear the sea lions barking. Those are the positives, the negatives, breakfast was a granola bar and an apple but if there is more than one person to check in you must use an AI machine. NOT A FAN. Hard to understand them.”

“Recommend, especially if traveling with a fur baby. The property is clean, clean rooms, easy to find. And we made friends with the lobby lady. She is the best and set the tone for our 1st time a Crescent City. We loved it. Mellow, eazy, awesome.”

“Place was great a showed up early and they let me get into my room. Room was clean everything was there and worked. Breakfast was not what I expected but muffins were not bad and coffee was hot. Also a pot in the room as well will stay again. O also walking to the beach was a breeze”

“The check in experience is horrendous, it’s on a kiosk in the lobby with an outsourced worker from India on the screen. Being someone with hearing impairment this was almost impossible for me! The inn hasn’t been updated in a long time, and the mattresses felt very old. Also, one of the fitted sheets on our bed had a blood-like stain on the side. The only plus was that the location is walkable to a good beach.”

“The ocean-view room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. However, communication was very poor. I paid extra through a third-party site to upgrade my room, but it was nearly impossible to reach the hotel. Emails and calls went unanswered, and the virtual assistant was unable to resolve the issue. The website is also misleading. It advertises a continental breakfast, but the “grab-and-go breakfast” was only the Great value breakfast bar and an apple. They said it was changed for guests leaving early, yet it isn’t available until 7:00 a.m. Overall, the room and location were good, but better communication and accurate website information would greatly improve the guest experience.”

“Check-in was odd with a screen outsourced to Asia. EV chargers should be free, like other hotels do. "Breakfast" was apples, granola bars, and tiny wrapped muffins.”
