“Shame on me for not reading all the disclaimers, especially about parking. you pay $600+ for one night lodging and there is no guarantee you will have a place to park? Which evidently is notated on their website.
The lack of parking is due to the employees using the spaces?? I arrived at 3:00 room not ready, no problem. But not only was there no parking on the hotels property, there was no parking in the closest lot 3 blocks away. This is Flam!! lots of tourists. I was will to get a refund on the room and go somewhere else, but they informed me I couldn’t do that it’s on their website.
I woke up at 3:00 am to load the car and leave the hotel, the parking lot, was empty. it was raining so we waited for the rain to let up, left at 6:00 the parking lot full. nobody checks in at 6:00, but the employees were there to start work. stay somewhere else it’s not worth the $$$ or hassle.”

“This was very well located in close proximity to everything. Which of course means it is very busy from early in the morning until early evening after the cruise ship and ferries depart/stop operating for the day.
It is literally across from the cruise terminal and during our stay we mostly had a view of the massive cruise ship which blocked an otherwise amazing view. Also, the rooms facing the terminal and the main strip encounter a lot of noise and foot traffic. Definitely use a sound machine to help filter the noise as there were several people sitting in the beer garden outside our room very late at night (until midnight or so).
The room and facilities are extremely clean and the breakfast was excellent. The staff is also very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again. There are food trucks located a few minutes away with very good options and they are quite delicious as well.”
